*Currently Napa Cabbage and Radish are Richmond grown. Scallion, Ginger, Garlic, Chili Flake, Cane Sugar, Sea Salt and Rice are imported. We will soon have more ingredients Richmond grown as the growing season proceeds.
Best before 3 months after crafting when refrigerated. Please keep refrigerated.

In case you are dissatisfied with our product, we gaurantee 100% refund as long as you have over 50% left contents in it. Please bring back the item to our pickup store after emailing us for the request of the refund and your expected visiting date.
If you return our empty jars when you are coming to pickup new ones, we will cashback you 50 cents per each. Please bring them back to our pickup store.

- You can pick up next day of your order on our partnering farm store: Richmond GAIA Farm (12700 Blundell Rd, Richmond, BC)
- You can find the location sign of the farmstore(or farmstand) once you enter the main gate of the farm.
- Pick up Hours: Tue~Fri 10am - 3pm
Local Delivery:
- Currently we do deliver to the areas of the cities of Vancouver and Richmond.
- Delivery fee: $7 (~$10 order), $5 ($10~ $40 order), Free ($40~ order)
- Currently we do delivery only on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
- You can choose your desired delivery date and time slot at your checkout(Closing order at 5pm for the next day delivery).
